Dean Xu is Associate Professor of Management at China Europe International Business School, Beijing Campus. Previously, he taught at Peking University (2001-2007) and the University of Hong Kong (2007-2010). Dean obtained his PhD in Strategy from Schulich School of Business, York University in 2001. His research interests are mainly in Chinese firm strategy and multinational firm strategy in China. His research has been published at some premier academic journals in management and international business, such as the Academy of Management Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Strategic Management Journal.
